The Ballast, a Maxibright Daylight 315w has all the incredible features of the DigiLight range but additionally is designed to get the best out of the Philips 315w lamp included in the kit. The ballast features Soft-Start technology to help avoid nuisance-tripping on start-up, particularly if you have more than one of these units starting up at the same time.
